How returns work
Tell us you withdraw
Within 14 days of delivery – with the “Withdraw from contract” button or by email to support@homvoya.com. You get a confirmation straight away.
Send the kit back
No later than 14 days after your withdrawal: complete, with all accessories and well packed, ideally in the original box.
Get your money back
Within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the payment method of your order. We may wait until the kit is back or you prove you sent it.
Faulty or damaged goods
- Damaged in transit: please report visible damage to the parcel or the kit as soon as you can – with your order number and a photo to support@homvoya.com. Your statutory rights do not depend on it.
- Something not working? Write to us with your order number and a short description. Often our support can solve it during setup.
- If the goods are faulty, you choose a repair or a new device – at no cost, shipping included. If that fails, you can withdraw from the purchase or get a price reduction. The statutory warranty lasts 2 years from delivery.
Condition of the goods
You may inspect and try the kit as you could in a shop – unpack it, switch it on and connect it. If use goes beyond that (for example damage, missing parts or clear signs of use), we deduct a fair compensation for the loss in value from the refund.
How you are refunded
- To the payment method you used – no fees.
- Depending on your bank or payment service, the credit takes a few more days to show.
- If you paid later or in instalments with Klarna, Klarna adjusts your open amounts automatically.
Return address
We send you the return address with the confirmation of your withdrawal.
