Delivery area
We currently deliver to Germany and France only.

All prices and shipping costs include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you submit your order.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Dispatch: within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) after conclusion of the contract, directly from our supplier to your delivery address. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery: within the delivery time for your destination country shown below, counted from dispatch.
- Carrier: named in the shipping email, together with the tracking number.

The delivery period starts on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day takes its place.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you get an email with the carrier and the tracking number, so you can follow the delivery to your door.
Damaged in transit
If the parcel or the kit is damaged on delivery, please report it as soon as you can to the carrier and to us – with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Your statutory rights do not depend on when you report the damage.

Payment methods
You can pay with credit card or Klarna. Payments are processed by our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland).
- Credit card: You enter your card details directly in the secure payment form of our payment service provider Stripe; we never receive your full card details. The card brands shown during checkout are accepted. Depending on your bank, you confirm the payment additionally (e.g. with 3-D Secure in your banking app).
- Klarna: You are redirected to Klarna and choose one of the Klarna payment options offered to you (e.g. pay now or pay later). Klarna decides which options are available and may carry out an identity and credit check for this. Klarna’s terms apply in addition.
We do not charge any additional fees or surcharges for any payment method.
When is payment taken?
The amount is charged when you submit your order with “Place order and pay” and authorise the payment with your payment provider. This also applies to pre-orders. With Klarna, you pay Klarna under the terms agreed there (e.g. later). With SEPA direct debit, the amount is debited from your account after you grant the mandate.
If the contract is not concluded, or if you cancel or withdraw from it, we refund any payments made using the original means of payment.
